Subscription renewals will be charged automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Payments are generally non-refundable, but if there are billing disputes, you must contact us within 30 days to resolve the issue.

All intellectual property related to the platform, including software, design, and content provided by us, is owned by Gig Check LLC or our licensors.

You agree to the terms and conditions of those third-party services when using integrations through our platform.

By agreeing to these terms, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, including their interpretation, performance, or breach, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise stated herein.

You understand that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
